Request data & account deletion
You can ask us at any time to delete your Alaa Beauty Studio account and the personal data we hold about you. This includes data we received from Google, Apple or Facebook login, anything you sent through the Free Consultation form, your booking requests, and any WhatsApp conversation history with Alaa. There is no charge.
What will happen
- We confirm your request by email within 7 days.
- We delete your account record, your Google account ID, your saved name and email, your saved bookings and Free Consultation messages, and any WhatsApp conversation history we hold about you.
- We finish the process within 30 days and email you to confirm.
- We may have to keep a minimum amount of information (for example, a paid-invoice record required by UK tax law). We will tell you exactly what is kept and why.

Option 3 - WhatsApp Alaa directly
If you prefer, message Alaa on WhatsApp 07825 957159 and ask for your data to be deleted. Please include the email address you used so we can find your record.
Removing the app from Google
If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke our access from your Google account directly. This immediately stops Google sharing any new data with us:
- Go to myaccount.google.com → Third-party apps with account access.
- Find “Alaa Beauty Studio” in the list.
- Click Remove Access and confirm.
Removing the app from Google stops future sharing, but does not delete data we already hold. To delete that data too, please also send us the form above (or email beauty.by.alaashareef@gmail.com).
